Peace and Calm
I aim to bring about a sense of quiet and ease as we work together.
Along the journey we may find that things surface - but this is just the way the brain tries to tell us that there are things hidden away that are now ready to be brought to our attention.
The choice at that point is to decide to deal with it - or leave it for later.
You are in control of the journey and how you deal with the past has to be unique to you - with the understanding that when things surface it presents an opportunity to grow and develop further. It might also lead to the discovery that we can let go of things we have been carrying for a long time - making the journey lighter as we carry on through life.
Whether we use words and words together with exercises designed to release those trapped emotions in your body then you can experience peace and calm.
